Full-Time Customer Service Officer – Hubs

3 x Full Time, 35 hours pw

1 x Part Time, avg 17.5 hours pw

£23,170 – £25,135 (pro rata and includes 12.5% shift allowance) plus Weekend Enhancement (pay award from April 2022 pending)

As part of Merseytravel’s Bus Team you will work at all of our Bus Station and Travel Centre Hubs across Merseyside.  Duties will include both high visibility foot patrols of the bus station and duties in the Travel Centre. Our Hubs include Queen Square, Liverpool One, Birkenhead, Bootle, Huyton and St Helens.  Your responsibilities will be spread across 7 days per week (including public holidays) and outside office hours and will include working on your own and with a high performing team, to deliver safe, accessible, high quality Customer Services.

You could be based at any one of our Merseyside Hubs, and will work at all locations on a regular basis.  You must be able to report for duty at times when there may be no public transport available
