Full-Time Customer Product Marketing Manager

Sana is growing fast and we are looking for an empathetic, passionate, and detail-oriented  Customer Product Marketing Manager to educate our members, plan administrators, providers, brokers, and Sana employees on our rapidly evolving plans and programs. In this role, you will engage our customers across their user journey to make the most of their experience with Sana and drive utilization of our ecosystem of cost-saving strategies. The ideal candidate is creative, loves to develop email content and campaigns, enjoys collaborating with design on the creative, relishes testing and analyzing performance data, and thinks critically about building scalable ways to implement customer-facing marketing initiatives.

What you will do

  • Run go-to-market campaigns
  • Manage outreach/engagement campaigns
  • Plan, schedule, and host webinars
  • Create assets such as automated emails, single send emails, help center articles, direct mailers, PDFs, decks, webinars, and more
  • Conduct market research and user interviews
  • Work cross-functionally with every team in the organization to ensure alignment on new products, partnerships, policies, branding, etc.
  • Work directly with partners to reach common engagement goals
  • Help develop table stakes to support our small company through rapid growth
  • Have an active role in helping the Director of Customer Product Marketing establish programs and processes

 

About you

  • 2+ years experience in Product Marketing, preferably in the health, medical, or digital wellness space
  • Go-to-market guru with tried and true campaign strategies and a desire to constantly be learning and trying new techniques
  • Strong, consumer-centric writer and content creator with top-notch editing and proofreading skills
  • Data-driven and eager to optimize assets for increased engagement
  • Excellent time management and project prioritization skills with the ability to hit the ground running
  • Very open to feedback — both giving and receiving
  • Natural “learn it all” willing to ask questions and challenge the status quo
  • Values-oriented — you care deeply about making our healthcare system work better for people and business owners
  • Unparalleled attention to detail — you love getting into the weeds to get things done
  • Fast learner, entrepreneurial, and self-directed — excited to build something from scratch
  • Gritty — you aren’t worried about getting your hands dirty and working hard when you need to
  • Comfortable with change — we are a startup and need people who are ok doing things outside of their traditional job description
  • Strong team player with a track record of working cross-functionally
  • Comfortable with modern web applications
