What You’ll Bring to The Team:

Your impact will be felt across the business from owning full-cycle recruiting, helping shape hiring strategy, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role is based in Atlanta and reports to our Dir of People & Culture.

Here are some ways you’ll make an impact:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for all roles across all departments in the US office
  • Help build processes that will help the Recruiting team scale its efforts for years to come
  • Ensure data integrity in our ATS and track, analyze and report on hiring metrics to leadership on a regular cadence
  • Partner with the Dir of P&C to craft and execute creative strategic plans for sourcing quality diverse talent for all roles
  • Partner closely with other members of the People Team to deliver a delightful candidate experience regardless of the outcome
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Screen and interview candidates while providing feedback to hiring managers on candidate interviews.
  • Provide complete, accurate, information to candidates about the company and position.
  • Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to prioritize hiring needs and build a seamless interview process that ensures we meet our hiring goals and attract top talent
  • Manage scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Owning the candidate experience from start to end and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience: understanding candidate goals and needs, qualifying their competency and culture fit, managing the feedback loop, and coordinating an expedient and seamless interview process.
  • Owning the stage-monitoring of our role pipelines and performing regular checks to ensure our applicant tracking system (JazzHr) is fully up to date, updating stages where needed, and communicating with candidates and Hiring Managers when applications are stuck awaiting scheduling, feedback, or review
  • Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as required. Ensure data integrity in ATS

An Ideal Candidate Has:

  • At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a technology startup environment
  • A passion for building diverse teams
  • A clear and effective communication style, and the ability to tailor your message to different audiences
  • A candidate-centric attitude and drive to provide incredible experiences for every person we interact with
  • Demonstrable experience in partnering to build and refine the hiring process
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; you build trust easily
  • A growth mindset and flexibility
  • Bachelor’s Degree
