About the role

Epic is looking for a talented individual to own all site and app content that will drive conversion across the business. This role is multi-faceted and will own all conversion optimization, conversion strategies and tactics, and price testing. This is a cross functional role that will partner closely with marketing, product, and engineering, and affects the bottom line directly.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and manage optimization testing strategy, implementation and roadmap across all platforms (web, iOS app, and Android app)
  • Develop test plans, define success metrics, analyze and transform data into actionable insights
  • Configure and use website analytics and testing platforms to measure performance of experiments
  • Leverage site and audience data to draw insights, develop hypotheses and develop testing roadmap
  • Document outcomes, report progress and communicate results and recommendations to larger team and key stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Manage multiple and concurrent test projects, keep them on schedule and within scope
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on design of experiments including test structure, sequencing, and definition of primary and secondary success metrics
  • Work closely with product and personalization team to develop and present new insights and recommendations to enhance existing product personalization initiatives and testing strategy
  • Manage price testing strategy and implementation

What you should have

  • 5-7+ years of experience with conversion optimization across both web and app
  • Experience leveraging A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, Adobe Target, or similar
  • Strong analytical skills. You are able to analyze large data sets and understand the conversion funnel to run tests that will improve performance
  • Background in analyzing and building reports from analytics platforms and translating them into spreadsheets and presentation decks, and synthesizing metrics into tactical recommendations
  • Proven track record of improving digital conversion rates through testing and campaign analytics feedback
  • Experience managing roadmaps of testing initiatives, managing timelines, writing functional requirements and seeing initiatives through execution including reporting out on performance
  • Experience working within a consumer brand (subscription experience is ideal)
