Job Description: Contingent Workforce Program Associate
Reporting into the Contingent Workforce Lead, the CWP Coordinator is responsible for the daily review, vetting and completion of new Resource Tracking records entered by into the Fieldglass Profile worker tool as well as perform some Fieldglass administrative functions.
Coordinator will be expected to build on the relationships created through the administration of daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports for the business stakeholders around Managed Services staffing and vendor statistics utilizing various software systems and databases. The Managed Services Coordinators gathers data, collates information, creates and analyzes reports to ensure deadlines are met.
• Facilitate and process the on and off-boarding of all managed services requests (Decision Form) in a timely fashion, sending all new requisitions requiring further investigation to CW Operations team for review.
• Make system updates to amend data inaccuracy
• Facilitate the processing of all managed services extension requests.
• Reporting – As needed work within various Client and MSP systems (WorkDay, Fieldglass) to provide scheduled and ad hoc reports pertaining to start/end date, active worker headcount, and compliance reports.
• When needed, work with internal Client IT teams to troubleshoot site and network access issues
• Help manage and administer Fieldglass VMS tool for updates, bulk uploads, integration fixes, etc.
• Support end users in Switzerland by partnering with local HR, TA and Procurement to work with staffing agencies for contingent worker placement for end user needs.
• Ensure CW vendor engagement is done within the approved parameters of Client operations
Required Qualifications
• High level of proficiency and accuracy with data entry
• Proficient in Microsoft products (i.e. Word, EXCEL Access, Visio, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Ability to assimilate, analyze, draw conclusions, and make recommendations from multi-faceted and often ambiguous data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work with minimal oversight
• Detail oriented
• Ability to be flexible and willing to learn new skill sets quickly as the need arises
• Effectiveness in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Critical thinking with strong analytical skills; ability to research and make efficient use of resources to achieve effective business results
• Fluent in French and English
• Flexibility to support Switzerland stakeholder during their normal hours – early morning support
Preferred Qualifications
• Basic proficiency in the administration of SAP Fieldglass product
• Experience with major contingent labor processes both with and without an MSP
Location and scheduled Weekly Hours
• Position can be based remote and will work a flexible 35-40-hour work week
• Duration is 6-12 months with a possibility of extension
