We seek a hardworking, intuitive Content Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team and be responsible for crafting creative and thoughtful content across all social and ecommerce channels. You should understand consumer trends and understand the needs/wants of our audience. This role provides a fantastic opportunity for high impact and stellar development.

The Content Marketing Manager will report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the Head of E-Commerce & Growth and Brand Designer.

  • Develop content and copywriting for blogs, emails, advertisements, website pages, SMS, and social channels
  • Orchestrate digital content strategies across all online platforms by implementing and managing a strong content calendar
  • Manage and author content with creative resources to support the audience journeys for targeted customer segments
  • Create, update and share weekly and monthly social media metric reports and customer feedback trends
  • Provide to team thoughtful, strategic insights regarding customer interests and digital marketing trends
  • Practice effective time management, adhere to deadlines, and proactively drive projects to completion
  • Create and manage partnerships with brand partners to develop campaigns, giveaways, etc.
  • Ensure brand consistency in style, quality, and tone of voice
  • Drive traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion
  • Measure the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns
  • Implement SEO best practices


  • Minimum 2-3 years professional experience in social media management
  • Copywriting experience, excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong project management skills with excellence in execution and attention to detail
  • Tech savvy. Up-to-date on the latest apps and always in the know on new latest social trends and updates
  • An editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to connect with them
  • Ability to develop innovative and inspiring creative experiences that span across web, mobile, video, and social to produce results
  • Proficient with social media analytics, answering DM’s, comments and inquiries
  • Strong collaboration skills, including the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Familiarity with Adobe creative suite programs preferred
