We are looking for a talented Communications Manager to join our team in New Power, which is the company?s newest business segment launched to innovate our alternative power portfolio and help our customers reach their sustainability goals. This communicator will work directly with leaders to articulate the business? strategies and innovations both internally and externally, as well as lead the business? content marketing strategy. This role will bring to life the business? innovations, why these new technologies matter and the impact they are making in our communities and for the environment.

Your impact will happen in these and other ways:
* Internal & External Communications: Partner with business leadership to establish internal and external communication strategies and ensure communication, planning, and results are effectively achieving business objectives.
* Content Marketing: Oversee and drive New Power?s content marketing strategy and editorial board. This includes how we tell New Power?s story and produce content in a wide variety of forms, including blog posts, videos, photo stories, listicles, case studies and long-form articles. Coordinate with key business and functional stakeholders from ideation to publication, as well as drive how we strategically amplify the business? content on digital and social platforms.
* Bring to Life Communications Plans: Execute communication tactics including creative, technical and/or promotional material writing, presentations, blog posts, infographics, social media, events and videos.
* Proactively & Collaboratively identify Opportunities: Collaborate with team members and other segment communication leaders to align messaging and create and optimize communication and marketing opportunities for New Power across the company.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

University, or equivalent degree in communications, marketing, or a related subject required.
MBA, Master’s in Communications, Master’s in Marketing, or equivalent degree highly preferred.


Preferred experience: Digital experience (emerging trends, digital for business, metrics, paid vs. organic, advertising content); graphic design skills, visual communications channel capabilities and global perspective
