“This role is currently work-from-home and will move to the office environment after the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.”

Job Description: Responsibilities
• Writes, develops, fact checks, and edits content for deliverables, such as AMCP Dossiers, scientific presentations for payers, and responses to address specific unsolicited payer and Health Care Provider requests for health economic or outcomes information.
• Manages Medical Information Contact Center and maintains database of reactive scientific contact for use in answering unsolicited questions from health care professionals, and health care decisions makers.
• Conduct literature searches in databases such as EMBASE and Pubmed/Medline.
• Analyzes and interprets scientific data to update or develop comprehensive, balanced, credible and accurate documents.
• Ensures deliverables that are developed to appropriately respond to inquiries from payers and Health Care Providers comply with applicable laws, regulations, guidance’s and Client policies and procedures.
• Manages and prioritizes multiple projects, provides solutions to complex problems, and delivers complete and accurate information within deadlines.
• Maintains awareness of current industry practices that pertain to Medical Information.
• Complies with the reporting of adverse effects and product complaints to Client Worldwide Safety and Surveillance.
Required:
• Doctor of Pharmacy, PhD, or equivalent
• 3-5+ years in medical writing and relevant industry work experience; expert in medical communications
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret clinical, real-world, health economics and outcomes data, and other complex information
• Proven ability to write high-quality and to communicate clearly and concisely scientific and medical information
• Attention to details, excellent editorial skills and familiarity with the AMA style guide
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong project management, matrix management and leadership skills
• Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft WORD and POWERPOINT
• Knowledge in immuno science is preferred
