Job Description

We’re looking for an ambitious Client Services Manager to join our thriving US team.

In a nutshell, we do five big things: tone of voice, writing, training, content and naming.

$65,000 – $70,000 salary

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone with a mix of Project Management and Account Management experience.

A great listener. You figure out what’s important to people by listening to them. You can read the room and spot when someone has a question before they ask. You do your homework, anticipate next steps, and understand the challenges your clients and co-workers are facing.

Got an eye for detail. The scopes of work you write are meticulous, and your numbers always add up. You leave no stone unturned when chatting to a client about a new brief, or when you’re sending them a timeline.

A confident communicator. Whether you’re presenting to your own team or talking scope with a client, you’re good at keeping people engaged, and getting your message across. You’re known for the energy you bring to projects.

A problem solver. If something goes awry, you’ve got the skills to diagnose the problem and suggest solutions to put it right.

A positive member of the team. You’re known for your way with people. You’re consistently approachable, calm and empathetic to others around you.

What will you be doing?

You’ll:

  • Take briefs from our existing clients, and create pitches and proposals to respond to these
  • Work with our creative team to cost projects, profitably and accurately
  • Manage your projects from start to finish, writing scopes of work, creating timelines, and working with our scheduler to make these happen on time
  • Keep your clients happy by delivering top quality proposals, work, and comms
  • Keep track of financials by keeping on top of budgets, gross margins, and invoices
  • Get feedback from your clients, and use it to spot other opportunities for us
  • Be all over our CRM system, capturing the valuable information you have (accounts, contacts, opportunities) and keeping it up to date.
  • Be ambitious and keen to mentor junior team members and line manage in the future
