CIPD and Higher Education Lecturer 

£27,322 to £37,018 per annum, dependent on level of teaching qualification 

37 hours per week 

The working pattern is Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours per day, Friday 7 hours per day 

52 weeks per annum 

Abingdon and Witney Campus

The Oxfordshire Business and Enterprise School (TOBES) have an exciting opportunity to deliver and develop education and training to a range of professional CIPD and HE students wishing to develop their knowledge, understanding and skills relating to the HR sector and Business Management. 

We are looking to appoint, a committed and enthusiastic lecturer to support and teach on our CIPD and HE Professional Business programmes. 

Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: 

  • Planning and delivering CIPD and HE qualifications up to level 5, possibly to level 7 
  • Marking and grading of student assessments and Internal Quality Assurance. 
  • Motivating students to excel in their subject area 

 

You will either be an experienced CIPD Lecturer or someone with vast experience within Human Resources who is eager to teach. Abingdon & Witney College offer excellent training and will support you in gaining your AET Level 3 Qualification (Education & Training Qualification), within your first year of joining the College. 

You must hold a level 5 CIPD Qualification and membership  

 

You must be enthusiastic and inspiring to learners as you will be required to provide a supportive and professional environment that will aid the development of individual and groups of students. 

You will be well organised with excellent time management and administrative skills. You must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and show a flexible and professional attitude. 

You may work across both campuses where there is free parking.
