Products at Aledade are typically a combination of clinical strategy, tech enablement, process improvement, practice transformation strategy and outcome impact analysis. Products are “shovel ready” for Aledade’s Provider Networks teams to use to deliver success in value-based contracts, and the product vision paints a compelling picture of where products and services are headed.

The Right Vision
Defining our strategy
With the management team, set the overarching vision for how Aledade puts an ever bigger dent in US healthcare. Define and deliver the product bets and strategies that best help the company achieve its business objectives in a way that’s true to our identity and core competencies. Explore opportunities to further advance our mission by expanding our product scope (eg to include patient engagement, or plan-facing components)Articulate a portfolio management plan that balances immediate opportunities with long-term goals.
Being the voice of the customer: Be the leading voice of the end-user through high empathy and advocacy for the needs of primary care physician practices and our own staff
The Right Solutions
Identifying holistic solutions that combine software and services: Deliver complete solutions, not just technology – fully instrumented capabilities across the full lifecycle of development, inclusive of adoption, implementation, and measurement strategies followed by ongoing iteration. Collaborate with subject matter experts to discover and evaluate promising new opportunities to improve total cost and quality of care. Ongoing product development to support the company’s growth team including CRM workflows, analytics to drive high-value recruiting efforts etc.
Development of internally facing tools used to scale and manage practice transformation efforts of the Provider Network Teams
Delivering those solutions with a laser focus on outcomes: Make the vision a reality nationally through effective delivery, high likelihood of adoption and high utilization of the company’s products. Ensure those products are achieving business goals.
Iterating to make existing solutions better: Drive continuous improvement to existing products and discovery and rollout of new initiatives.
The Right Processes
Developing a roadmap: Establish and maintain an integrated company roadmap through collaboration with key stakeholders, the CEO, performance against targets, and through deep customer research.
Prioritizing resources and considering tradeoffs: Develop the frameworks needed for prioritization of resources against opportunities through agile best practices (cross discipline teams, minimizing WIP, value frameworks such as cost of delay, avoiding handoffs by starting together, etc) and evaluate value delivered, customer acceptance, and impact.
Measuring success: Measurement and optimization of key process indicators around product delivery, team engagement and value creation.
Promulgate software development best practices: With the CTO, operate a high-value throughput SDLC that maximizes the engineering and product teams contribution at their top of license

Recruit: Recruit and retain a high-performing team across technology product management, service definition, product operations, analytics, clinical innovation, impact study design, business intelligence, ux/ui design and population health strategy. Contribute to the overall company culture as an employer of choice for top talent.
Coach and educate: Invest in and oversee talent management of the team including career-pathing, coaching, and establishing a highly-engaged product culture centered around service to Aledade’s primary care practices.
Collaborate: Be a strong collaborator across the company, including anticipating new needs through continuous communication and structuring the product management organization to align with company needs and customers.
What We Value:The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in the following areas:
Product Management: Technology product management in high growth, cloud-based enterprise environments. Delivery of MVP + Iterations, lean/agile approaches and fluency with different models for tech delivery.
A “Full Stack”: Ability to combine diverse skill sets to operate a holistic strategy including technology enablement, healthcare services design, clinical interventions, data and analytics, and practice transformation.
Data Literacy: Evaluation methods and study design to measure the effectiveness of clinical and operational interventions including piloting. Proven track record evaluating a pipeline of potential ideas and moving them through a product discovery process using a randomized trial process. The leadership of data insight delivery (BI and/or analytics teams).
Design: A strong ux design ethos and delivery of products that are easy to use, have high utilization and high customer NPS.
Customer Empathy: Meeting the needs of the ambulatory physician market with respect to population health and taking on financial risk for total cost of care. High physician empathy and track record of driving change at the point of care.
Clinical Workflow: Mastery of effective and efficient clinical workflow models that can be replicated at scale in diverse practice types.
Product Marketing: leading demos, being the face of the company’s products to internal and external stakeholders. Strong presentation skills and credibility with customers, prospects and strategic partners.
Business Development: Leading build/buy strategy decisions and vendor management
Operating Efficiency: Enabling process improvement through automation and iteration.
Health IT: Familiarity with health data, HIT standards, emerging trends and informatics strategies for maximizing data sources(FHIR, BCDA, ADT sources, etc).
Value-Based Care: Experience in core product strategy and/or continuous innovation in value-based care (e.g. risk adjustment, care management, care transitions, quality improvement/measurement) that have demonstrated success in value-based contracts.
