Full-Time Campaign Operations Manager

Job Description

The Campaign Operations Manager will be a core member of Marketing Operations and will lead demand center resources in planning and executing marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for defining, documenting, and optimizing key workflows to launch integrated campaigns at scale. This role will report to the Director of Marketing Operations and will be partnering with stakeholders from Industry Marketing and Digital Marketing to generate engagement prospects across all marketing channels. You will build the campaign engine that enables the demand gen team to hit our qualified leads and opportunities goals.


The Campaign Operations Manager possesses project management expertise as well as a strong understanding of the campaign lifecycle. You will be an operational expert with an affinity towards operational excellence and a bias for action to get things done.


  • Define and continuously refine end-to-end campaign processes from the intake and planning in Wrike to QA and launching in Marketo
  • Identify and document workflows, content, owners, deliverables, QA process, and SLA across the campaign lifecycle
  • Increase Demand Center ROI by leveraging your campaign expertise and collaborating with Marketing Technology counterpart to drive efficient resource utilization
  • Forecast demand and ensure there is adequate demand center capacity
  • Own the intake process for prioritizing high volume campaign request from multiple stakeholders with multiple deadlines
  • Facilitate post-campaign learnings and build a knowledge base of campaign best practice for Industry Marketing, Digital Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and Partner Marketing
  • Own email marketing and collaborating with the content team and Marketing Data Manager to optimize email performance through targeting and testing


  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Demand Generations
  • 3+ years of management experience with Demand Center resource (FTE and/or Agency)
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, HTML, you will need to be able to add ad-hoc demand center capacity as needed to meet tight deadlines
  • Admin/Expert knowledge of Project Management/Collaboration tool such as Wrike
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Need to be able to develop a deep relationship with multiple stakeholders to field high volumes of request and manage expectation
  • Inquisitive and process-oriented with a focus on leveraging data to optimize campaign performance for opportunity creation
