Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst to partner with our supply chain function across various regions, identifying and implementing system optimization projects that will improve processes and functionalities. This role is will be based in Wellingborough, UK.

Your impact will be seen in these and other ways;
• Partner with the supply chain function to; define, determine, analyze, document and communicate the objectives for information systems and solutions. Collaborate with technical experts on the solution design, implementation, support, maintenance and enhancement of the information systems.
• Lead the project in collaboration with functional leaders to define and document what constitutes business success for medium to large size initiatives within a single organization.
• Analyze and documents supply chain requirements across the five aspects (process, information, event, socio-political, and location), as appropriate for the large initiative.
• Ensure that the impact of changes are well understood and approved by the appropriate stakeholders within the organization.
• Conduct solution assessment and validation to ensure that functional and technical specifications meet the identified business needs within the organization
• Review test plans and testing methodology to mitigate risks and participates in testing the solution to ensure the solution meets functional and non-functional requirements within the organization.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be a success in this role you will need;
• Existing experience supporting a Supply Chain function on system optimization and business process projects is essential.
• Knowledge of multiple ERP systems, including SAP are essential
• A collaborative approach with your stakeholders and team to achieve shared goals.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Compensation and Benefits
• Salary between £ £47,201 – £52,500 depending on experience
