We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to join our brand team and help bring our brand to life in new and exciting ways. This full-time position is responsible for executing global brand strategies and initiatives that build brand awareness, differentiate us from the competition, and deliver memorable experiences to our target audiences. This individual will introduce our brand to new audiences in meaningful, innovative ways through campaigns, corporate sponsorships, influencer marketing, events, and more while delivering against aggressive growth targets in MQLs, Pipeline, and Revenue for the company. This individual oversees a small team and reports to our Director of Brand Experience.

  • Strategy: Manage, develop, and execute integrated, multi-channel brand activation strategies based on research and analysis to build awareness, create experiences, and grow revenue
  • Campaigns & Content: Create and execute powerful cross-channel brand campaigns and content, working with cross-functional teams to ensure integration throughout all channels and touchpoints (advertising, content, website, sponsorships, events, email, etc.)
  • Sponsorships/Influencers:
    • Oversee day to day management, execution, and delivery of all sponsorship and influencer initiatives
    • Make recommendations for new sponsorships/influencers that align with the overall brand strategy
  • Events: Develop and execute a strategic events plan (both in-person and virtual) to engage audiences in new and exciting ways
  • Messaging/Positioning: Work with marketing leadership to develop, refine, and update positioning and messaging strategies based on research, data, and insights to drive differentiation and connection to our audience.
  • Brand Management:
    • Ensure consistency in brand look/feel/messaging and enforce brand standards internally and externally
    • Oversee development, updating, and distribution of brand messaging/positioning guidelines, style guides, and other assets
    • Analyze performance of brand initiatives, competition, and industry trends using online tools and software and regularly report to leadership on the impact of those on business goals
    • Manage digital assets to ensure team members have quick access to content, collateral, and resources

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.


  • 5-8 years of marketing experience, including a minimum of 3 years of brand management and activation experience in a B2B environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required, preferably in journalism, communications, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional and engaging experiences through sponsorships, events, and influencer marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute large-scale brand campaigns and content from concept to completion that build brand awareness and deliver business results
  • Must have experience building and managing high-performing teams to deliver against aggressive goals
  • Advanced knowledge of (and comfortable reporting to leadership on) revenue generation/marketing metrics including the Sales/Marketing funnel and ROI
  • Exceptional professional writing (AP) and editing skills and able to personally write engaging content as needed
  • Analytical, and data-driven; uses data to gather insights to inform decisions. Experience using Excel (pivot tables), Google Analytics, Salesforce, Looker, and other similar data and reporting analysis tools.
  • Confident, creative, and dynamic individual with excellent verbal communication skills, as well as strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills with a roll up your sleeves and can-do attitude.
