We are looking for a passionate Brand Manager to join the Brand Marketing Team. The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven, has experience leading campaign development, creative strategy, regional marketing and content creation.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

BRAND MANAGEMENT

Manage (under the direction of the Director of Brand Marketing) marketing campaigns aimed at building brand love and retaining ridership from kickoff to completion, working with cross-functional leaders across field marketing, ops, retail, PR, product and more.

  • Partner with the Creative Teams throughout the development process.
  • Lead the development of the messaging plan, marketing strategy, and tactical executions.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns across online and offline channels or experiences.
  • In partnership with Performance Marketing, Strategic Finance and Analytics, report on integrated marketing campaigns with an analysis of campaign performance to brand leadership team— identify what’s working and not working and key implications for optimization and future campaigns.
  • Contribute to the integrated marketing calendar and ensure it represents the efforts of the collective cross-functional team.
  • Play an active role in developing content storytelling pillars to support our larger brand positioning and define how they come to life across all channels.
  • Monitor and report on the competitive space for the organization that highlights an in-depth look at our competitors across social, PR, advertising, events, and programming.
  • Identify new innovation, messaging, and content opportunities and work with the appropriate teams to launch test-and-learns
  • Serve as a brand ambassador to ensure that the brand is being properly represented in all effort

 

 

REGIONAL MARKETING

  • Act as a liaison between internal corporate Marketing Department and the studio management to plan, implement and execute special events and marketing plans at individual studios.
  • Roll out a comprehensive Studio Marketing Toolkit to provide SMs with the levers they can pull to increase ridership, build their community, network, and own the performance of their business. Set revenue targets and objectives for field marketing plans.
  • Create, implement and analyze marketing strategies, including guerilla marketing, email marketing, partnership marketing, relationship marketing, events, promotions, and outreach marketing
  • Support reporting tracking and analysis through Looker reports and dashboards.
  • Recommend creative studio growth opportunities under the support of the Director of Brand Marketing and Head of Field Operations.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 – 6 years of centrally-led marketing experience, with an emphasis on brand marketing
  • Field or regional marketing experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • A successful history of working cross-functionally to influence others and execute projects
  • Strategic mindset and the ability to connect long-term vision to short-term objectives and initiatives
  • Strong writing skills
  • A master juggler, momentum builder, facilitator, diplomat and project champion
  • A natural problem solver with a can-do, positive attitude
  • Personal passion for the SoulCycle brand
