We are looking for a talented Black Belt Manager to join our team specializing in Quality for our Corporate/Corporate-CBS Segment Columbus, IN.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Leads cross-functional and cross-BU projects:
• Integrates with senior leadership to facilitate the translation of business issues into projects.
• Drives business impact through continuous improvement processes and tools.
• Supports Six Sigma & Continuous improvement tool guidance, education, and evolution.
• Initiative Execution: Execute enterprise wide initiative projects driving sustainable improvements in:
• Drive process improvement for the different support functions, leveraging Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement methodologies to speed up improvement process, and looks for opportunities to apply learning elsewhere.
• Support decision making through data analysis, to prioritize and execute improvement opportunities
• Push to see the big picture and connect how the individual projects align with that big picture.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
