Full-Time BDR Manager (Remote US)

Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and metrics-driven BDR Manager (Business Development Representative) to lead our inside sales strategy, fuel our pipeline growth, and support our growing BDR and Sales team. In this high impact role, you will be an expert in creating inbound and outbound programs. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will build out the BDR team (both internal FTEs and outsourced resources), monitor and coach daily activity such as calls/emails, implement optimizations, and work across both sales and marketing organizations to develop and hand-off high-quality opportunities.

Requirements

Responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and planning day-to-day strategies to motivate, coach, and counsel BDRs
  • Hiring talented BDRs to drive at pipeline and opportunity goals
  • Coaching and providing career development guidance to BDRs through performance management metrics and evaluations
  • Driving improvements in lead generation, program growth, sales productivity and opportunity quality
  • Owning outbound, inbound, and program follow up strategies
  • Developing and managing partnerships with outsourced SDR resources to maximize their value
  • Building and maintaining processes within the marketing and sales tech stack to optimize the success of your team members
  • Collaborating with sales leadership to create growth opportunities for BDRs
  • Working hand-in-hand with the marketing team to increase return on program investments
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Sales leadership to develop marketing plans and report results

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

  • 4+ years of sales management experience (enterprise B2B cybersecurity, ITOps, cloud computing, DevSecOps products preferred)
  • Passion for meeting and exceeding goals
  • A strong desire to coach and mentor a team
  • Previous experience with Outreach.io or SalesLoft
  • A data driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to clearly convey ideas and data in written, presentation, and spoken formats to a variety of audiences
