The Associate Vice President (AVP), Facilities Operations will provide senior-level support for the management of more than two (2) million square feet of healthcare facilities, which includes multiple sites with distinct individual characteristics and needs. Reporting to the EVP Strategy and Corporate Services, the AVP is responsible for leading the largest non-clinical support service portfolio; Facilities Management, Facilities Operations, Support Services, Property management, Asset Management and Public Safety. The AVP works collaboratively with senior leaders, clinical colleagues and third-party contractors to ensure the delivery of excellent, high quality customer service and to establish best practices in facilities management and operations, public safety and environmental sustainability

As the ideal candidate you bring a minimum of 10 years of progressive facilities and support services management and leadership within a complex, multi-site organization. You are a relationship builder and communicator and bring strong analytical and decision-making skills coupled with technical credibility with respect to Facilities Management and Operations. A hands-on leader, you understand the complexity of supporting large institutional ecosystems and have a proven track record managing multiple projects and duties at any given time. You demonstrate an appreciation for the partnership between Facilities and Clinical Operations, and the direct impact support services has on patient care.
