About the Job

The Lifetime Value Co. (LTV) is looking for an Associate Project Manager that is hungry to learn new skills and expand upon a toolbox of existing platforms and processes. In this role, you will work daily with our product teams to optimize their day-to-day workflow and alleviate any of their blockers. This role exposes you to almost every facet of our business and you should be comfortable communicating up and down the management chain to mitigate risks and find solutions. What You Will Get to Do

  • Run exciting and fast-paced Agile teams and projects
  • Participate in all phases of projects from initiation through release, which may include programs involving multiple project workstreams
  • Analyze project issues, progress, performance and implement corrective actions as necessary
  • Own the administration of our ticketing system and company-wide wiki
  • Create and maintain project plans and drive the necessary project control points including resource plan, budgets, risk tracking, issue logs, planning assumptions, milestones, change management, and project dependencies.
  • Work with a multi-functional team including developers, quality assurance, product managers, other project managers, and key stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate risks
  • Examine and share best practices to help improve team and company productivity
  • Support team leads, managers and executives where needed

What You Bring to the Table

  • 1+ years of experience managing software development projects
  • Experience with agile methodologies and best practices
  • Experience in an environment that practices continuous delivery
  • Quick learner and self-starter capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent note-taking ability
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team
  • Superior teamwork and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and organizational skills
  • Administrative experience with JIRA or a similar issue tracking tool
  • Experience with data visualization software
  • Experience maintaining a wiki and/or intranet
  • Experience working with a distributed team
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Scrum Master Certification preferred
