Job Description

Warby Parker is on the lookout for a smart-as-a-tack Project Lead to support our newest, fast-growing business: contact lenses. Reporting to the Contacts and Lens Business Manager, you’ll serve as the project manager for important strategic initiatives aimed at increasing awareness and improving operations of contacts at Warby Parker. You’ll support initiatives with multiple business stakeholders to improve customer flow, streamline operations, and scale the business. What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional leads to track the implementation and execution of key initiatives around awareness and operational improvements
  • Support cross-functional communication through the development and management of our Contacts calendar, communication, and reporting cadence
  • Collaborate across departments such as Consumer Experience and Vision Services to gain insights into our customer journey and purchase behavior as the business evolves
  • Partner with our Digital Product and Experience Design teams to identify new opportunities and problem statements, as well as to track execution and impact
  • Work with Retail, Consumer Experience, and Brand Management to set the customer-facing messaging around all of our contacts offerings
  • Liaise with Product Development and Supply Chain to research new product offerings for our in-house contacts brand Scout, as well as to implement our long-term distribution strategy


Who you are:

  • Backed by 2–4 years of experience in a highly cross-functional and project-based role in healthcare, retail, or consumer products (e.g., management consulting, account management)
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams
  • A highly organized, detail-oriented, and operationally minded thinker who understands product life cycle and customer behavior
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A crystal-clear communicator, both in writing and in person
  • Intellectually curious and eager to learn
  • Proactive and comfortable working through uncertainty
