Full-Time Associate Manager, Compliance

This individual will work cross functionally with other members of our Compliance team, as well as the larger legal department.  They will play an active role in communicating with our Coach field on a daily basis, in response to market specific requirements, as well as proactively addressing policy violations.   

  • Review and respond to inbound mail related to Coach filing and licensing requirements for specific international markets.
  • Monitor and respond to claims violations sourced through third party monitoring, to ensure the associated content is removed promptly.
  • Review weekly and quarterly transactional reports to address non-compliant account transactions.
  • Participate in Coach related network meetings to remain alert to upcoming launches and projects, in order to help the team proactively address compliance issues that may arise as a result.
  • Collaborate with the service teams to ensure any policy updates are shared, and any supporting training materials, or public facing FAQs are prepared and published.
  • Provide assistance with other miscellaneous projects as needed.


  • 1-2 years of compliance experience, preferably in the field of direct sales preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Legal credentials or qualifications, is a plus.
  • Travel: domestic travel once or twice annually

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong critical thinking, negotiation and mediation skills.
  • Excellent writing skills, attention to detail and well developed time management a must.
  • Functional with Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Written and conversational skills in either Spanish or French a definite plus.
