Full-Time Associate Director, SVR Operations
Job Description
Reporting to the Executive Director, Sexual Violence Response (SVR), the Associate Director is responsible for the day-to-day administrative-operational management of SVR work areas including Lerner Hall 700, Barnard-Hewitt Hall 105 and 107, and CUIMC 50 Haven suite 206. In consultation with the Executive Director, this position will develop, maintain, and review operational protocols to ensure efficient delivery of SVR services and programs. The Associate Director will collaborate with the Executive Director and SVR senior staff on strategic and operational plans; ensure policies and procedures reflect best practice and create policies and procedures to address and enhance operational concerns. The Associate Director will manage special project including events, trainings, initiatives, and services, assist with budget management, respond to and advice on operational issues, and oversee work efforts of a multidisciplinary Sexual Violence Response Team. They will manage current and new funding resources such as grants, gifts, and endowments. The Associate Director will oversee all SVR operational activities in the absence of the Executive Director.
