Full-Time Associate Consultant, Revenue Operations

Job Description


The Associate Consultant position, under the direction of an Engagement Manager, will work in collaboration with a team of consultants focused on delivering industry-leading RevOps consulting services and end-to-end technology, process, and operations solutions to our enterprise clients in support of their business objectives.

The Associate Consultant will support and execute on project types, such as:
• Assessing the current state of the client’s marketing operations or technologies
• Creating operational processes to achieve marketing and sales objectives
• Enabling and optimizing software within their tech stack to facilitate and measure campaign performance to produce uncommon results (hyper-value).
• Managing multiple project segments for a variety of clients at any given time to ensure the success of LeadMD’s client organizations.

Job Responsibilities
• Owns assigned work and understands the correlation with project outcomes
• Able to perform day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision
• Contributes to direct client communications and project deliverables
• Communicate routinely with Project Managers on task-specific timeframes and blockers
• Performs and documents requirement gathering based on client and project specifications
• Creates and socializes documentation throughout projects
• Assists in strategic workshops for clients and recommend strategic direction for engagements
• Works on several customer projects at the same time, and must have the ability to constantly shift gears, solve problems, synthesize ideas, and listen to changing needs
• Constant learner with a passion for current sales and marketing trends

• 2-3 years of experience in an integrated B2B marketing environment with an emphasis on automation and operations, experience with Marketo preferred
• Strong analytical and reasoning abilities with an attention to detail
• Track record of curiosity and troubleshooting that results in improved data, tactics, or systems
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Phenomenal communication skills – both written, verbal and non-verbal
• Passion for professional learning and development
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Four-year university degree; Marketing specialization preferred, but comparable years of experience in marketing is acceptable
