We are looking for an experienced, motivated and dynamic Global Service and After Market Business Leader to lead the transformation and growth of the Global Service and After-Market Business for one of our key sectors within Fire and Security products! The successful candidate will have P&L responsibility for designing and handling business models, being responsible for the service and aftermarket teams, and implementing innovative technology solutions. The goal is to grow the company’s service and after-market business in generating value added revenue streams and quality customer experience.

The role will be based in Minneapolis, MN.

Liaise with Managing Director for Industrial Detection business to make decisions for Service and After-Market activities and setting strategic goals.
Develop the global strategy and roadmap for service and aftermarket business within industrial fire detection products alongside leadership for efficient execution
Have P&L responsibility for designing and managing business models, overseeing the service and aftermarket teams: customer service, field service and aftermarket sales. Set up targets and execution plans with team members
Develop annual plans and objectives on the growth in orders, sales and margins. Monitor key KPIs to track progress
Analyze and benchmark industry service models to develop and implement the transformation to customer data and insights to identify best business development opportunities globally.
Transform the traditional customer service and field service to best in class customer experience center and create differentiated value for customers
Revise and/or design policies and contract terms that align with overall Service & After-Market strategy.
Through partnership with Digital Technology, will play a prominent role in the technology implementations that align with the Service & After-Market business.
Design and implement measurement systems and incentives to ensure progress in line with strategy and expected achievements.
10+ years of Aftermarket Sales, Marketing and/or Services Management.
Experience with SaaS offerings in promoting Sales and Services Management preferred
Demonstrated ability to establish creative approaches to problem solve and build automation within Services Management.
5+ years of management of a team and direct reports.
Demonstrated ability to influence individuals and organizations to implement change.
Strong analytical skills in combination with sound business judgment to build and sustain financial performance and integrity.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills and customer focus.
Ability to lead motivate effective and efficient teams.
Bachelor’s Degree required
Master’s Degree preferred
