Full-Time AR Collections Segment Team Lead – 21000100
Job Description
We are looking for a talented AR Collections Segment Team Lead to join our team specializing in Finance for our Cummins Business Services in Nashville, TN.
**Opportunity is currently remote but will be required to relocate to Nashville, TN in foreseeable future.**
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Supervises a group of accounts receivable analysts within the established accounting policies
* Assess performance and provides feedback to direct reports
* Monitors and manages the collection process and negotiations with past due accounts within the team
* Recommends changes in methods and procedures to improve the efficiency of processes
* Ensure SLA’s/KPI’s are met for the team
* Intermediate level of relevant professional work experience preferred, including some supervisory experience.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* Bachelors degree
* 3 years supervisory experience required
* AR experience preferred
* Out of the box thinking encouraged
* Ability to drive SLA/KPI results
* Experience within a manufacturing, logistics, supply chain environment ideal
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
