We’re looking for an AP Junior Staff Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you will have the ability to work closely with senior leadership, making a huge contribution to a rapidly growing part of the business. You will assume basic AP functions as well as undertake the more complex supplier related issues, and will assist with resolving supplier payment and invoice variances and inventory discrepancies. This is a brand new position we’ve created, and an ideal role for someone looking to join a national brand and become a valuable member of our future growth!


  • Establish three way matching on inventory
  • Responsible for vendor payments; completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices against POs, and communicates any discrepancies with our supply chain team and external vendors
  • Confirm invoice information before posting invoices
  • Verify all invoices have been keyed and posted for the weekly payment runs
  • Verify vendor information (i.e. remit to address) referenced on each invoice against what is referenced in the AP system
  • Answer questions pertaining to AP
  • Prepare new supplier request forms
  • Review new vendors for 1099 requirements, and send letters requesting tax ID information in the vendors AP system file
  • PO data input and tracking, including down and balance payments


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Self-starter with impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects and quickly adapt in an evolving environment
