Full-Time Agile Data Project Manager

What’s the story?

In-line with the explosive growth of our AppDev, Data & AI business, we are seeking experienced E2E Agile Project Managers to take the reigns on a number of our £multi-m Cloud Data Transformation projects, and successfully deliver them to completion under budget, ahead of schedule & to a high-degree of quality and customer satisfaction.

Who we’re looking for

  • Substantial knowledge of project management frameworks and governance approaches throughout full project life-cycle, E2E.
  • Demonstrable experience on Agile/Data Transformation programmes, E2E.
  • Ability to demonstrate what is important in ensuring successful delivery of projects across various phases and the ability to flex your approach to the different challenges faced.
  • Exposure to different project types / clients – ideally with experience of complex business and IT transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum Master / Agile Methodologies
  • Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate AGILE tools.
  • Good knowledge of Business Case and Value management.
  • Ability to adapt approach were required to align with waterfall project management principles for large scale, complex, enterprise wide projects and programmes to provide the right balance of agility and predictability.

What’s the role?

  • You’ll be the face of New Signature to our customers, so should have client/customer facing experience or the prowess to build rapport with your stakeholders.
  • Primarily you will manage client engagements and take the role as primary delivery focal point for any implementation work carried out for a given customer.
  • You will be responsible for the projects profitability, ensuring that resource is used efficiently to deliver the scope.
  • You will participate in turning high level work package definitions into project and resource plans. The PM will attend on site customer workshops and will manage implementation resources delivering on design work carried out by the technical teams.
  • You will provide regular reporting to customers of progress and maintain issues and risk registers for in flight projects.
  • Process Management and Improvement – Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management.
