What impact will you have in this role?

In-line with the explosive growth of our Applied Innovation business, we are seeking experienced E2E Agile Business Analysts to steer the ship on a number of our $multi-m Cloud Transformation projects, and successfully deliver them to completion under budget, ahead of schedule & to a high-degree of quality and customer satisfaction.

What experience do you need to be successful in this role?

  • 5+ Years’ experience in an Agile Business Analyst capacity, working on large-scale Enterprise wide Digital or Data Transformation engagements
  • Experience within the Property & Casualty Insurance industry
  • Confident challenging assumptions and requests; can present business re-design proposals and specify MVP solutions
  • Ability to translate the vision into prioritised deliverable goals/stories
  • Active leadership and co-facilitation of Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Showcases, Planning sessions, Iteration planning and kick-off, and Story kick-off, ongoing desk-checks and story sign off
  • Those who can develop and manage Scrum sprint backlogs (Epics, Stories, etc.).
  • Commercial experience developing prototypes to test out ideas, then iterates them based on user feedback
  • Solid experience working in an Agile team to agree and develop system/product designs based on user requirements
  • Can break down epics into manageable user stories including testable conditions of acceptance
  • Ability to create and sustain effective stakeholder relationships, across all levels
  • Resilient and proactive with a strong delivery focus

Does the role require travel?

Yes – up to 25% of the time, largely in the South East.
