We are looking for a talented Aftermarket Sourcing Director to join our team specializing in Aftermarket Global Sourcing for our Aftermarket Business in Columbus, IN (potential remote).
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Develop and deploy strategies ensuring Sources for parts through the end of their life cycle. This includes especially low volume strategies, alternatives, and new technologies.
• Manage teams executing processes to deliver no source, special tools, et. as well as specialized new model introduction projects unique to aftermarket.
• Ensure aftermarket business needs and interests are fully represented in all purchasing processes, especially first fit supplier contracts.
• Represent purchasing by serving on the New & Recon Parts Staff Leadership team.
• Negotiates highly complex sourcing contracts; directs the assurance that all terms of sourcing agreements are met by suppliers.
• Mitigates risk and promotes compliance by establishing and maintaining valued relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Communicates and collaborates regularly with purchasing leadership at all levels.
• Ensures the appropriate tools are available to capture data and information critical to decision-making in the organization.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
