What You’ll Bring:

Account Managers are the trusted advisor to our customers, helping ensure customers achieve success with their use of our Resident Quality Management suite of solutions and services.  Account managers are responsible for managing long-term relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction. By leveraging a consultative approach, our AMs work strategically with their customer base to understand their business objectives and provide recommendations on the best approach for leveraging our solutions.  AMs are an integral component of our solutions, and focus on customer satisfaction.

Impact You’ll Make:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a complete understanding of the Resident Quality Management suite of products and solutions and working knowledge of the multifamily industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships that are wide and deep within assigned customer base
  • Onboard and train new customers on the use of our solutions and products
  • Provide monthly reporting on product usage and performance results; conduct detailed analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct business reviews to align strategic priorities, define success metrics, and identify potential opportunities, challenges or issues with current usage of our products
  • Act as liaison between product management and the customer, and escalate critical product issues and opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with Sales team to meet revenue growth goals
  • Identify up sell opportunities to existing customers
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
