About the Position:
The Account Manager, Strategic Partnerships, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Strategic Partnerships, is responsible for supporting key customer and channel partner accounts which, collectively, represent one of the company’s most productive sources of business. The ideal candidate is a natural at building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, applies a ‘solution mindset’ to remove obstacles, and ensures a clear path to account success and growth through personal initiative. The Account Manager, Strategic Partnerships is the principal point-of-contact and ‘first responder’ for all service-related matters, anticipates the needs of key contacts, and works cross-functionally to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities:
– Build and maintain strong customer and partner alliances
– Conduct onboarding and ongoing training
– Work intra-departmently to achieve project milestones and account success
– Provide product-related feedback to internal technical stakeholders
– Coordinate and lead periodic account meetings
– Help to resolve billing and contracting-related issues
– Draft key metric reports and analysis
– Support and promote channel referral programs.
Experience/Skills Desired:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– High attention to detail and management of shifting priorities
– Positive attitude, high energy, and collaborative team spirit
– Unwavering desire to learn and take direction to improve productivity
– At least 3 years in an account management or customer success role
– At least 3 years of group health benefits industry experience
– Benefits administration software knowledge is a plus
– Project management and/or customer training experience is a plus.
Must have proof of legal authority to work in the U.S.
