Who are we looking for?


The Account Manager of Contracts is a quota carrying professional with industry and domain knowledge spanning traditional disciplines and emerging trends. The primary goal of this role is to partner with Customer Success, Sales Operations, Marketing and Product Management Teams to extend customer life time value (CLTV) and expand revenue.  This is done through proactively understanding and tracking current contract details, the customer experience, the customer’s broad business goals, and the customer’s journey with our products and services.


Customer Contract Accountability and Activities

  • Fully understand the customer contract, commitments and expectations
  • Analyze customer behavior patterns, discovering and acting upon insights that proactively improve renewal probability
  • Create programs with marketing to proactively encourage expansion/renewal activity with customers in all segments
  • Manage and forecast the renewal pipeline for customer life time value within Salesforce.
  • Present pricing and terms in accordance with standard procedures. Track key activities in Salesforce for visibility and internal alignment across teams.
  • Accurately process customer transactions, including quotes and legal documents and post in Salesforce
  • Participate in assigned customer business reviews


  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Business Development Managers, Product Managers and Marketing to ensure alignment of priorities and to generate account strategies
  • Partner with multiple functional teams to engage with customers both directly and indirectly at key point in the customer lifecycle all aimed at positioning the renewal
  • Communicate customer needs to Wi-Tronix marketing, product management and product development teams to inform company development priorities that will ensure renewal
  • Initiate ideas for innovation based on feedback gathered from prospecting and overall market awareness

Personal Accountability & Development

  • Develop and maintain depth of relevant Wi-Tronix domain knowledge and competitive positioning
  • Allocate time effectively and prioritize customer attention astutely with minimal oversight
  • Build customer success and sales mastery by keeping updated on evolving strategies in both areas



What will you need?

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of customer contract experience, renewals and sales experience or professional services
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS offering with B2B customer base
  • Detailed contract negotiation experience for contracts in excess of $10 million in revenue
  • Strong and self-confident communicator comfortable speaking with Director Level and C-Level contacts
  • Proven track record in over-achieving quarterly and annual goals
  • Evidence of the ability to influence and persuade
  • Must have strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain high credibility with all cross functional teams.
