Full-Time Account Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an Account Manager to qualify customers (Hosts) to use our Trip Management Platform for planning and selling group travel experiences. You will be accountable for managing and growing a pipeline of Hosts, ensuring smooth trip launches, driving campaign optimization, and maintaining high Host retention. You will work closely with Business Development, Trip Management, Marketing, and Product teams.


  • Prospect online and across social media platforms
  • Sell to new customers by phone or video conference
  • Establish and nurture Host relationships
  • Ensure successful trip launches in partnership with the Trip Experience team
  • Coordinate with the Social team on the content calendar to align strategy
  • Equip hosts with tools for marketing and selling trips
  • Provide ongoing optimization and reporting
  • Ensure high Host retention and renewal
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to drive new Host acquisition
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly quota in trip confirmations and renewal business
  • Communicate customer needs with the Product team

  • Experience in Account Management or Marketing
  • Experience in Sales or Business Development
  • Experience using a CRM
  • Experience using Asana
  • Experience using Marketing Automation Platforms
