Full-Time Account Manager

At iwoca, our mission is to reach 1 million small businesses with innovative financing solutions that make it easier for them to run their business. One of the biggest challenges that small businesses face is getting invoices paid, making them less productive, less profitable and less in control. iwocaPay is an invoice checkout solution that blends the best of payments and finance to get invoices paid faster.

As part of our next stage of growth, we’re looking for a Seller Partnership Manager to take on a portfolio of existing and new sellers. The target will be to achieve growth in usage and transactions completed using iwocaPay within that portfolio.

Requirements

Key deliverables:

Build a user base through excellent relationship management

  • Along with your manager, define and execute plans for your account portfolio, and then exceed your sales goals through stakeholder mapping, prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with your seller partners; be a trusted advisor and the single point of contact for their issues, questions, requests, escalations, and concerns.
  • Liaise with other teams as necessary to resolve issues and questions quickly and with high quality.
  • Educate sellers on how to be more successful with iwocaPay by helping them with best practices when introducing iwocaPay to customers, their website, social media, etc.
  • Help sellers track and understand the impact iwocaPay has had on their business and, where necessary, advise them on how to maximise the value of iwocaPay for their business.

Measure impact and contribute to the direction of iwocaPay

  • Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline, achieve sales goals on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Work with the broader ops, product, tech and growth teams to support the development of iwocaPay and all the operational strategies around it to make it easy for sellers to get paid.
  • Develop a high-level understanding of current systems used by sellers and buyers
  • Collaborate closely across sales, marketing and solutions organizations to perfect scripting/messaging, pitch packs, and presentations, etc

What you’ll bring:

  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding growth and revenue targets for a B2B client portfolio, ideally with a SaaS or payments background
  • Business development experience and strong business acumen with the ability to consult and influence seller behaviour
  • Excellent service and relationship management skills
  • Experience of working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment
