Salary Range: $46,731 – 53,000

Essential Functions and Objectives:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role provides strategic support to Human Resources Talent Acquisition division of Denver Public Schools, ensuring that the goals and objectives of the team are accomplished. The position is responsible for Infor system support, communication and liaising with candidates, along with strategic team coordination and support. This role communicates cross functionally with stakeholders to promote and ensure program success.

– Manage multiple Talent Acquisition team email inboxes and general communications.

– Assist with the organization of TA sponsored hiring events, tasks include but are not limited to: establishing hiring fair sign-up sheet, filling out school use applications and securing permits as applicable.

– Support the Guest Teacher Program with Smart Find Express administration, staffing substitute positions, payroll, support of new hire orientation and training, job posting and screening support across employee groups for the Talent Acquisition Team (i.e. external job board management, phone screening and daily job review)

– Complete personnel transactions using the district Infor Global Human Resources System and have a deep understanding of HR System and Processes.

– Represent HR Talent Acquisition programs across HR and DPS in regards to system integration and management.

– Prepare and complete variety of management reports and metrics for candidate tracking.

– Manage assigned projects for meetings and programs. (i.e. publish reference guides, scheduling, complete presentations, etc.).

– Responsible for being well-versed in all different types of positions across the district to ensure proper cross-functional support at all points of the year, including backup support and representing the TA Team with other stakeholders within the district.

Knowledge, Experience & Other Qualifications:

– A minimum of three (3) years’ experience administering/coordinating large programs, with diverse stakeholders.

– Intermediate proficiency with HRIS systems (Infor Lawson preferred).

– Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

– Excellent organization and time management skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects while taking ownership for completing assigned tasks/projects

– Required to be a subject matter expert in technical systems (Infor HR, Lawson, etc.) to ensure proper support throughout the TA Team including training, upgrades, etc.

Education Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, project management, human resources or related field preferred.
