ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Licensing across client communication including reporting, analysis, editorial liaison and insight research. In this role you will build, maintain and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships on an operational and support basis.

Working closely between the partner and the editorial teams, you will facilitate the communication of product development news, information and sales collateral that will help create the story and execute the media and marketing plans to deliver brand value to the partners. You will also create and deliver reports at frequent business reviews, manage diary appointments, maintain the Licensing Forecasting Tracker and ensure all partnership invoicing and payments are kept up to date.

ABOUT YOU

You must be highly organised, have the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure whilst maintaining the highest level of accuracy in work standards. You must be great at building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Advanced PowerPoint & Excel
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with multiple divisions within Hearst and externally with multiple contractors and suppliers.
  • Have a good understanding of and passion for the lifestyle brands
  • Must be flexible in work approach and time management.
