We are currently hiring for the position of:

LOYALTY CONCIERGE

Reporting to the Acting Manager, Loyalty & Engagement, the Loyalty Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional service to TIFF’s supporter base, and maintaining satisfaction rates through elevated stewardship and benefits delivery. They will design and implement unique servicing for TIFF’s most valued supporters on the road to the 2022 Festival with a focus on high-touch stewardship. As an ambassador for TIFF, they will be the face of the organization for some of our most engaged patrons.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead administrative responsibilities of concierge servicing, including but not limited to; organizing and delivering internal ticketing orders; packing and shipping couriered materials; and completing account audits.
  • Deliver concierge servicing to a select group of Leadership Members, including personal outreach.
  • Develop high-quality stewardship touch-points through in-person, email, and phone; and provide instruction to fellow colleagues on how to execute these points of contact with their own stakeholders.
  • Support planning and execution and delivery of in-person engagement initiatives, including the distribution of Festival welcome packages to Patrons Circle Members.
  • Support outreach to current and dropped Patrons Circle Members by email and phone to facilitate the sale of their Membership.
  • Provide courteous & timely service to all current, new, renewing and prospective Members via email and telephone, in addition to recording responses.
  • Facilitate requests to Advancement Operations for account fixes, and list pulls, prioritizing data integrity.
  • Communicate and liaise with departments including: Development, Visitor Experience, Ticketing Services, Festival/Venues Services, Industry, Corporate Partnerships (incl, Events / Hospitality) and others as required

RATE OF PAY:

  • $15.50/Hourly

CONTRACT DATES OR START DATE:

  • July 25 – September 11, 2022

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in concierge or high-end guest services and/or
  • Experience in Membership /loyalty programmes and/or
  • Experience in Customer Service environments and/or
  • Experience with stewardship and fundraising or equivalent field
  • Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to multitask, prioritize as necessary, and have high attention to detail. 
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building, and communications skills, as well as tact and judgment.
  • High level of accountability; is ethical and demonstrates exceptional follow-through.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with understanding of basic e-communications (email marketing and direct email). 
  • Commitment to feedback, initiative, professional development, AFP Code of Conduct and Donor Bill of Rights
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (i.e. Raiser’s Edge) and/or Ticketing Systems (Archtics, Tessitura) is considered an asset
  • Must be available the weekends of August 20-21 and 27-28 to support concierge activities.
