We are looking for a talented HR Knowledge & Content Senior Analyst to join our team specializing in Human Resources for our Corporate Business Unit. This role is based in Nashville, TN with 100% remote work available and periodic travel post pandemic.

 

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

* Assists with migration and prioritization of current global & regional HR information and knowledge resources (e.g., policy references, guides, articles, Web pages) into ServiceNow HRSD as per scope of use.

* Facilitates the creation, editing, and maintenance of effective, easy to use documentation and other knowledge resources for both end users and HR agents.

* Ensures knowledge and content are created with a global perspective in mind ensuring platform capabilities (e.g., knowledge blocks, case-based articles) are best utilized to surface new and relevant information to address regional or user-specific variances.

* Produces scheduled and ad hoc reports to communicate knowledge health status and to measure usage levels/patterns, quality and alignment with processes, and coordinates activities to respond to trends, address gaps and support development of new features and functionality

* Reviews newly submitted and existing knowledge base content for quality, effectiveness, and adherence to guidelines. Partners closely with SMEs to drive consistency throughout the process of publishing, tagging, and placement of content.

* Recommends new content development based on data and analytics such as user feedback ratings, search results feedback, views, and case resolutions.

* Coordinates with team to assist them in architecting and deploying HR communication campaigns related to employee events (e.g., open enrollment, annual performance reviews, HR-news), utilizing ServiceNow HRSD campaign capabilities in orchestration with other communication tools.

* Resolve issues within the ServiceNow tool and testing changes made to the ServiceNow tool as well as training new people to use the Knowledge and Content functions.

 

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

* College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.

* On the job experience with writing and creating content, HTML, Data Analytics, Reporting Metrics, and visual story telling.

* MUST be tech savvy, and experience using ServiceNow is preferred

* STRONG written and verbal communication skills.

* Cross team collaboration and analyst abilities.

 

Compensation and Benefits

 

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
