Job Description

The Wily Network works with talented, resourceful young people who are navigating their four-year college experience on their own. Some Wily Scholars have experienced homelessness or foster care, some have been denied family support due to their sexual orientation or gender identity, some have lost their parents, and some have family members dealing with addiction, mental illness or incarceration.

The Wily program offers weekly trauma-sensitive coaching, supplemental financial assistance, a community of peers, and networking opportunities to help Scholars move from surviving to thriving.

In your Clinical Coaching role, you will experience the honor of partnering with Wily Scholars throughout their college experience – supporting them in identifying and working towards their goals,managing challenges and celebrating their successes in real time. In your role as a Supervisor, you will collaborate with and support other committed and creative Wily Clinical Scholar Coaches, ensuring that Scholars’ critical needs are met and that they receive coaching that meets the highest standards.

We are looking for a Clinical Supervisor who can lead through growth, navigate ambiguity, andnurture a team of passionate clinicians as they build and maintain authentic relationships with students.

The Wily Network is especially committed to recruiting candidates from historically marginalized backgrounds and identities as well as those whose leadership style fosters diversity, equity and inclusion. The successful candidate will possess the authenticity and cultural humility necessary to be an effective representative of Wily and the Wily Scholars.

Desired Qualifications:

  • The candidate should have 1-2 years of experience working with young adults who have endured trauma
  • Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or equivalent)
  • Professional experience with crisis management, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based approaches
  • Valid drivers license and/or reliable transportation for travel as required by the position

Compensation: Based on Experience, ranging $60,000 – $70,000
