What You’ll Bring:

We’re looking for a skilled communicator to join TransUnion as a Senior Manager on our Internal Communication team, responsible for coordinating and managing enterprise communications and process for our Human Resources function.

  • A minimum of 7 years relevant progressive experience creating, implementing and measuring strategic internal communications campaigns in a corporate or agency setting, supporting HR/people-based initiatives

  • Exceptional communication skills, including ability to write and edit compelling technical content

  • Leadership presence and ability to form consultative relationships with key stakeholders in a matrixed environment and provide advice that balances corporate and functional requirements

  • Ability to work independently in a complex environment with general direction from leadership

  • High accountability to deliver excellent communications with professionalism and creativity, including resource management, prioritization and organizational skills

  • Proven aptitude to conduct thoughtful analysis of stakeholder needs, translate change management plans into change communications, and produce strong strategic and tactical communications plans

  • Experience converting complex material into easy-to-understand and actionable communications

  • Passion for how internal communications shapes associate experience and helps drive strategy

  • Comfort with working under deadline pressure in a dynamic environment

  • Bachelor’s degree

Impact You’ll Make:

  • We’re looking for a talented and strategic communicator to serve as our Internal Communications Business Partner for our Human Resources function.

  • You’ll serve as the internal communications partner for our people-focused function, responsible for planning, writing and producing communications that engage TransUnion’s associates, strengthening connection to our brand and culture, celebrating our successes, and drive awareness of HR’s initiatives, projects and programs.

  • You’ll write – a lot. A journalistic mindset – the ability to see news from the audiences’ perspective and ask questions of business partners to drive for clarity – is essential. Equipped with that information, you’ll develop communication plans and associated deliverables, including leadership communications, intranet articles, presentations and other associate-facing materials. Along the way, you’ll track key performance metrics, listen to feedback from our associates, and adjust plans as needed.

  • TransUnion’s internal communications approach focuses on outcomes over output. You’ll lead conversations with our HR stakeholders to understand their business objectives, then develop, articulate and execute the strategies that deliver the mutually determined outcomes.

  • Experience communicating with a diverse international audience, fluency in Spanish and/or an advanced degree are pluses.
