About Us

Having cemented our position as one of the South West’s most established  breweries, Wiper and True are in an exciting period of growth and we want to develop new and existing relationships in other regions throughout the UK.  As such we are looking for new people to join our team to ensure we continue to grow our business further.

The Role

Reporting to our Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on existing and new relationships with London trade accounts. You will be responsible primarily for finding new business and trade account management across a variety of customer types including; wholesalers, on trade, off trade.

Objectives

  • Seek out new opportunities within the London market.
  • Strengthen relationships with our existing account base.
  • Work with the rest of the Sales, Marketing and Distribution team to deliver the department objectives and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with other members of the team on marketing initiatives to help grow the brand.

It will require London travel, which may extend to national and international.

About you

  • Demonstrate an ability and appetite to deliver growth in a strategic manner, balanced with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Solutions focussed with business challenges and needs.
  • A passion for beer, food and flavours.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Able to work autonomously with great time management and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset.
  • Enjoy being part of a busy, hard-working team.
  • Competent at Microsoft Office or Apple operating software, particularly Excel / Numbers.
  • Full UK Driving Licence is essentia
  • Previous demonstrable track record of sales in this or similar industry.
  • Experience of working with data to develop customer and product sales analysis and insights.

Location: London with travel as required.

Hours: Full time.

Salary: Salary Range £30,000-36,000 per annum depending on experience. This salary includes London weighting.
