Job Description
- Serve as the Receptionist for the Division Operations Office by:
- Providing information and support for Division 3.
- Operating a multi-line telephone and voicemail system.
- Greeting the public and visitors.
- Relaying information to the Division Operations Staff and other DOT offices.
- Assisting in the daily operational workflow of the Division Office in all phases of work involved.
- Serve as the Receptionist for the Division Operations Office by:
- Customer service experience, including resolving customer issues.
- Ability to communicate with the public and private sector in a timely manner.
- Experience completing and/or maintaining records and reports.
- Experience interpreting/explaining policies, procedures, and laws.
- Record keeping experience.
- Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and be self-motivated.
- Verbal and written communication skills including proper grammar and ability to compose/proofread all correspondence.
- High school/GED diploma, and
- 1+ years of related administrative experience; or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
